Return of Goods
Items supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the full approval of www.officefurniture2u.co.nz.
- Enquiring to return items must be submitted within 7 days from the date received and the original receipt number must be stated.
- Where goods are approved for a refund they must be delivered at the buyers expense into www.officefurniture2u.co.nz's store in original condition and all packaging present.
- www.officefurniture2u.co.nz reserves the right to obtain a restocking fee against any refunds www.officefurniture2u.co.nz may agree to accept. Such fees may be up to 15% of the buyers purchase price and applied at www.officefurniture2u.co.nz's absolute discretion.
- Cancelling an order must be done 2 days within the order being submitted and original receipt number must be quoted.
